Problem: 

Client requesting access to see CSP invoice. 

Solution: 

Client was given access to Cost Analysis but does not have access to view invoice. You no longer have access to invoices since Claret became part of Quisitive. Previously, Claret handled license (Pay-as-you-go) PYG but now you are part of a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). Claret was formerly part of Microsoft Online Services Program, but now it is part of Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA). As you can see in the following documents, for customers who are part of MPA, the provider handles their invoices, but the customer (Claret) always has access to this information under Billing Cost.
